چکیده

Abstract Modern car bodies are constantly relying higher proportions of high and ultra-high strength steels. In the past, increase in material strengths led to a conflict regarding complexity component geometries. Limits formability reached compromises had be made part design. By integrating application-oriented problems into development, these limits expanded with respect given requirements. Within present study, for several dual-phase steels tensile ≥800 MPa, practical laboratory tests presented their benefits press shop application. particular influencing factors on stretch flange discussed example cutting parameters, anisotropy, time between forming or orthogonal strain gradient.
